She holds a degree in architecture from the Universidad de Monterrey. She earned a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Building Technology from the University of Nottingham, UK.
She has worked in different organizations connected with design and architecture such as 103 Grupo de Diseño and Pórtico Arquitectura + Construcción, to name just two of them. She is a founding partner of ANTAL Consultoría Ambiental, a company dedicated to energy efficiency and the reduction of the environmental impact of buildings.
Additionally, she has received international awards for the development of projects based on low-carbon emission construction standards, such as “Passivhaus”.
She currently is a member of the College of Architects of Nuevo León, the Advisory Council on Urban Development of Guadalupe, and the Technical Council of CENEVAL EGEL- ARQUI.
