A space where creativity interacts with innovation
A learning environment that will inspire creativity and will have a significant impact on the community.
The Universidad de Monterrey’s Roberto Garza Sada Center presents itself as a welcoming space and, at the same time, as an architectural milestone, an access and a milieu of teaching and invention: a threshold to creation. As we approach this massive, powerful building integrated by a volume of exposed concrete with a rectangular profile, we realize that there are various ways in which we can approach it in order to understand it in its entirety.
Creativity and expressive freedom become patently clear when examining the building’s features carefully. In effect, the architect carved a spacious inner space into the building’s orthogonal body so as to affirm the idea of a portico.
