Biography
Jessica holds an undergraduate degree in Graphic Design form the Universidad de Monterrey. She earned her Master of Arts Graphic Design degree in 2008 from the London College of Communication - University of the Arts London, in the United Kingdom.
In 2007, she pursued studies in photography in Paris, France, and in 2009 she joined Face, a design agency, where she had the opportunity of working as a Senior Designer. In 2010 she founded Romana, a Creative Design Studio in which she acts as Creative and Art Director. She has developed projects for Central Saint Martins, Grupo Iconn, la Universidad de Monterrey, OMA, TecMilenio, and Preparatoria Politécnica Santa Catarina, to name a few.
In 2013, she was an assistant professor at Central Saint Martins, London. In 2014, she collaborated as a senior designer with Design Army, a design agency, in Washington D.C.
Jessica is always in search of new teaching, creativity, and experimentation methods to provide a better conceptualization of graphic design within the milieu.
