Natalia Ceballos Gutiérrez

Natalia is an industrial designer with a Master's Degree in Packaging Design and Development from the University of Monterrey where she graduated with Outstanding Innovation Project and Cum Laude and a second Master's Degree in Strategic Design and Innovation from Elisava in Spain.

Throughout her career, Natalia has found design to be a versatile and constantly evolving discipline, which has allowed her to explore multiple areas, from communication, product development and strategy to research and project management. For her, design not only trains specialists, but also professionals with an infinite curiosity and the ability to learn and adapt to new professional and personal challenges.

Before joining UDEM as a professor, she worked as Project Manager at LAT | A Creative Company, where she led teams in the creation of brands and communication strategies for national and international clients. Previously, she was Business Strategist at Novak Innovation, an innovation and strategy consultancy, where she developed outreach strategies and structured projects for clients ranging from startups to transnational brands.

Currently, some of the subjects he teaches are: Critical and Creative Thinking, Packaging and Branding, Sustainable Design and Experimental Design. Parallel to this, she combines teaching with her own projects as a consultant in creative direction and strategic project management for various brands and clients.
